Everyone seems to be looking for ways to improve health. Who can actually work hard for living a better life? The simplest answer would be those who maintain their motivation. To do anything and everything, one needs to be motivated.

Motivation is an art, sometimes you feel motivated just by looking at someone doing something’s. It is a human innate desire to become better. Where do you seek motivation? Are you inspired enough to work your way for better health? Do you really want to exercise? Do you want to become a better person?

Who doesn’t want to look smart? We all would love to be healthy. Whenever we are talking about staying healthy, everyone think about “proper food and exercise”. It isn’t just that though, it’s much more than that, and it’s about the discipline to stay motivated.

You need to understand the basics of what your body needs and when it needs it. Nothing harms our health except these three kinds’ namely micro organisms [microbes], malnutrition and injuries.

Micro organisms satisfy their needs using our body. It makes us run out of nutrients and important cells we need, that’s why we fall sick too.

Malnutrition is required to complete every function of our body. It even creates substances like gold. Not even scientists know why it does that.

Physical injuries, I’d prefer to rather avoid it then to prevent it. I’d strongly suggest you the same friends.

To balance our life, we need good taste though we would have to know our needs. Do you need Vitamin-C? Should you eat more vegetables? Everyone is different and we all have different needs. There is one thing which is always very important for all of us, Water. Drink as much water as you can. At least eight (250 ml) glasses of water, it fight pimples too and even purifies your immune system.

Exercising is one and the most important key factor. Never over-do it at the first day or first week of exercising. I am sure you’re motivated but sometimes motivation ignites us to do overwhelming exercise the first week. And then, we’re either quite tired of exercising so much or otherwise we lose motivation by time.

Never let that happen to you and remember, exercise, motivation, food, it all helps to keep you fit both mentally and physically. So start today and rock on! Hope this helps you to stay motivated and be healthy.
