This salmon patty recipe calls for a can of salmon, one onion, sliced, minced parsley, two large eggs, bread crumbs, and butter. Dump the can of salmon with liquid included into a mixing bowl. Flake with a fork, removing any bones. Mix in the onion, parsley and pepper. Mix in the eggs and bread crumbs. Shape the mixture into 12 patties and roll these in the remaining bread crumbs. Heat a large skillet and melt the butter. Add the patties and fry on each side until golden brown. This recipe serves six.

This salmon patty recipe is great for lunch or dinner. You will need a can of salmon, bread crumbs, chopped red onion, one egg, a tablespoon of olive oil, some lemon juice, and pepper. Combine salmon with ΒΌ cup of corn flake crumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onion and mustard. Form tow patties and coat with remaining corn flake crumbs. Bake in an oven for 20 minutes.

For a Cajun twang, combine a can of salmon with garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, dill, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, prepared Spanish rice, grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Fry the patties in olive oil until each side is golden brown.
