Proper hygiene goes a long way.Not taking a bath in the morning won’t kill you, but are you willing to go to work or school like that? Is it good practice to take a bath only every other day? The answer is a big resounding NO. It’s your body, and it’s important that you get it all cleaned up before taking on the day’s work. Shower or suffer the consequences!
For males:
Most men sweat more than women do. Take that to heart, and ready your shampoo and antiperspirant deodorizer. Take a bath in the morning and scrub every part of your body. Since men tend to sweat more, they’re also much more prone to dandruff than women. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo if necessary. Most anti-dandruff shampoos are mild enough for the average male, but if your anti-dandruff shampoo is causing itchy and dry scalp, you’re better off using a regular shampoo, or to consult a dermatologist.
Use an antiperspirant deodorizer on your underarms. Apply generously, and try to wear cool clothing as much as possible.
For females:
Even though most women don’t sweat as much as men, women are advised to use deodorizers in the morning after bathing. Wear light and cool clothing as much as possible, especially when it’s not too cold out.
The trick is to wear cool clothing as much as possible to prevent unnecessary sweating. The body smells when it sweats and it’s an uncomfortable feeling altogether. The less you sweat, the fewer germs you need to scrub from your body when you shower in the morning.
