Mix the ingredients together and cook for 10 – 12 minutes at 325 degrees. You will want to little oil the cookie sheet so the cookies won’t stick. You can also use a silicone sheet as an alternative to oiling or buttering the cookie sheet.

Something to keep in mind, as long as you don’t use eggs you don’t have to completely bake the cookies. Sometimes slightly undercooked cookies are great with that chewy inside.
