Weight Loss Through Better Nutrition and Healthy Living

Originally nature provided the ideal for every animal on Earth to be able to maintain a good living and health condition. It is a paradox that civilization had robbed man of that ideal, as our change in what we eat and how we live has affected and continues to affect our health status.

The prehistoric man never had the kind of food that we eat today, and he was essentially a wanderer, so what better exercise than our present day sedentary life. On the average, life has become better, but health had become worse for a long time now.

Lifestyle creates the body we have to live with and the effects of poor lifestyle choices are multiplied as we age because the abuse that we have been giving our body through poor food choices throughout our life accumulates with fat and other health related problems due to poor nutrition. We know this when we compare ourselves with animals in the wild, of course our pets have come to suffer the effect of wrong food choices made by us on their behalf. We now have our pets, and other domestic animals suffering from Diabetes and other diseases caused by poor diet and intake of processed food filled with additives that are not fit for consumption. You now even have obesity in pets and domestic animals.

The wild animals are luckier as they continue to be restricted to what nature originally provided, which are the correct design for their system to maintain good health. There really is an irony here as humans are obviously the most intelligent of all living beings, but we continue to make wrong choices in our food consumption.

There have been a lot of studies on the appropriate type of foods, the quantity of the food, the frequency of intake, the state at which these foods are taken, and the life style of man compared to his choice of food. Also the effect of these foods on mans’ well being and disease conditions. Results of these studies continue to show that going back to the original design by nature of mans food choices remain the only solution to our quest for better and longer life.
