If you just cut out certain food groups then you run the risk of creating harm for your body. The good thing is that there are very good fast weight loss diets out there that are not harmful to your body but instead very healthy.

A safe diet will consist of all of the daily recommended allowances of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. If you don’t get the proper amount of nutrition in your diet then you run the risk of long term health problems.
