Nowadays, people are very conscious of looking and feeling good. When you look good, you feel confident and you hold yourself well. Everybody loves to stay healthy and attractive. Taking care of our hair, skin, face and body is what we do, but often we forget that feet is a part of our whole being. Our feet are the most under appreciated, abused and overworked part of our body, with all the walking and running every day. We must take time to realize the importance of our feet and give them an extra special treatment on a regular basis.

It is essential to take care of our feet to avoid unnecessary pains and aches, calluses and corns, dry skin, ingrown toenails, athlete’s foot and other fungal and bacterial conditions.

Taking care of feet is not that difficult and not as time consuming as we think it is. It can be very simple and easy if we choose to believe. It only takes a little effort to help us stay keep our feet in a healthy state. Washing and scrubbing them every day, trimming toenails each week or when needed, moisturizing it, keeping it dry and a visit to the beauty salon for a pedicure is vital. We need to wear comfortable shoes that will allow the feet to relax and breathe. These are just some helpful tips to keep our feet looking fresh and feeling at their best and that we are on top of the game.

Keeping our feet healthy and clean can create a good impression to other people. In other words, our foot plays a very important role in our personality. Whatever our age we are, we must give the proper care of our feet and this would sure be giving us tender feet in our life. Taking care of our feet can make us stay in active lifestyle, pain free and being comfortable in our daily life.

So, before we ignore our feet, think twice, because there are many people around us who are very judgmental by looking at our feet and not the face alone.
