Another quick, healthy, and cheap meal the kids will love are eggs. There is a middle eastern dish that has grown in popularity in homes called “Shakshuka,” which is eggs mixed with tomatoes and onions and served on top of rice. This is a meal that is healthy and the whole family will love.
