Cook a Healthy & Delicious Meal on The Grill

If you are tired of the same old everyday routine of cooking the same thing in the kitchen, then make a quick and easy change. If you have a grill out in the back yard, or on the deck or patio, then go out and start grilling on it. It will not only get you out of the kitchen, and let you take in some fresh air, but it is easy and fun. You can cook so many different things on the grill, it is unbelievable

Here are some ideas of a few meals that you can prepare on the grill.

For lunch, how about some grilled burgers with melted cheese on top. At the same time, you can throw in some cut up potatoes on some foil with a little oil and spices. You can also so add some hot dogs at the same time, and have a little variety.

You don’t have to have the burgers and fries if you would rather just cook up some veggies. You can take some onions, squash, zucchini, peppers, pineapple, and whatever else might sound good to you, and grill them. You can cut them into small bite size chunks, toss them in a little olive oil, season them, and toss them on the grill on some foil. This usually takes about 30 minutes for them to get done. I also like to add some Italian dressing to them for added flavor.

For dinner, you can do just about anything, you can grill steaks, chicken, pork chops or what ever kind of meat that you would like. You can grill the meat, put on some corn on the cob, still in the husks, or wrap it in foil. Add a few potatoes to cook, and you have yourself a meal.

You can put your meat and various veggies on a skewer, and have shiskabobs. The possibilities of grilling meals is almost endless, it is quick and extremely enjoyable.

Many grills today have a burner at one end, and if you want to cook something extra, like rice, or baked beans or just something extra to go with your meal, it makes it very convenient.
